These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, download, installation and use of URL Verifier Pro, also referred to as URL Verifier (together, the "Software"), and your use of the URL Verifier website, domains, support, licensing, update and related online services (together, the "Website and Services"). By purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Software, or by using the Website and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, install or use the Software or the Website and Services.
If you purchase, download or use the Software, or use the Website and Services, on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organisation's behalf.
URL Verifier Pro, URL Verifier and the Website and Services are published and operated by Infusion IT ("we", "us" and "our"). References to "you" mean the individual or organisation purchasing or using the Software or using the Website and Services.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable licence key, order, invoice, purchase, trial or other entitlement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Software for your internal business or personal use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing the Software does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights.
The Software requires licence activation and may periodically validate your licence.
You must not:
Share or resell licence keys.
Attempt to bypass or interfere with licence validation.
Tamper with activation or entitlement systems.
Use a licence beyond its permitted scope.
You are responsible for keeping your licence credentials secure.
URL Verifier Pro is designed to verify URLs supplied by you or discovered from XML sitemaps.
The Software can perform checks including, but not limited to:
HTTP status codes
Redirect chains
Response headers
Robots.txt rules
Page metadata
TLS certificate information
The Software is not a website crawler and does not grant permission to access or test websites or systems without appropriate authorisation.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with:
Applicable laws
Website terms of use
Robots.txt policies, where enabled
Network and security policies
Rate limits
Acceptable use requirements
You are also responsible for any URLs, credentials, cookies, headers, proxy settings, authentication details and other data you provide to the Software.
You must not use the Software to:
Attack or overload systems.
Scan or test systems without authorisation.
Circumvent security controls.
Collect credentials unlawfully.

Except where permitted by applicable law, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, sublicense, rent, lease, resell or create derivative works from the Software.
The Software may communicate with websites you choose to scan, XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, licence servers, update servers and payment or licensing providers.
These services are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, behaviour, content, certificates, rate limits, blocking or responses.
The Software may check for updates and download updated installers. Updates may add, remove or modify features.
Where your purchase includes lifetime updates, those updates are provided for the lifetime of the purchased product as determined by Infusion IT. We reserve the right to discontinue the product or its update service at any time.
URL Verifier Pro is a native Windows desktop application. The Software primarily processes data locally on your device.
Depending on how you use the Software, it may store locally settings, sessions, notes, tags, logs, exports, credentials, proxy settings and cookies.
When scanning URLs, requests are sent directly to the websites, proxies or services you choose to use. Licence activation, validation, deactivation and update checks may communicate with our servers or our licensing providers.
Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Scan results are provided as diagnostic information only.
Results may vary due to caching, redirects, server configuration, rate limiting, bot protection, proxies, robots.txt, TLS configuration, temporary outages and other external factors.
You remain responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying upon them.
Network scanning may consume bandwidth, appear in server logs, trigger security controls or be limited by remote services.
You are responsible for configuring concurrency, delays, retries, authentication and other scan settings appropriately.
We recommend maintaining suitable backups of your own data.
The Software, Website and Services, branding, documentation, user interface, graphics, installer and related materials are owned by Infusion IT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

Upon termination you must cease using and uninstall the Software.
While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Website and Services available and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be current.
We may modify, suspend or remove Website and Services content or functionality at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
