The matching group is selected from the configured User-Agent. For matching paths, the longest rule wins, with Allow taking precedence when equally specific Allow and Disallow rules match.
Blocked rows remain visible with the Not Allowed scan status and can be filtered, saved and exported. The checker reports the applicable rule result; it does not edit robots.txt or decide whether the site's indexing policy is correct.
