Windows bulk metadata checking software
Check page titles, meta descriptions, robots directives, Open Graph data and X metadata across large URL lists.
Titles and descriptions at scale
URL Verifier Pro reads metadata from the HTML head and keeps each extracted value beside the URL that returned it.
Sort a metadata column to group blank or matching values for review.
More than titles and descriptions
Select only the metadata columns needed for the current audit, then reorder them directly from the table headers.

Review, update and verify
Keep the same URL list and visible columns while titles, descriptions or social metadata are corrected.
See the other checks available for URL audits, website migrations and technical QA.
Check HTTP status codes, redirects, final URLs, response times and request errors in bulk.
Review redirect status sequences, hop counts, final URLs, final status codes, loops and redirect errors.
Discover sitemap files, follow nested sitemap indexes and review the URLs they contain.
Browse sitemap indexes, nested sitemaps and discovered URLs in an interactive tree.
Extract HTML canonicals, compare them with final URLs and review highlighted differences across large URL lists.
Review robots.txt rules and see whether each URL is allowed or disallowed.
Inspect response headers, cache rules, content types and server details at scale.
Inspect TLS versions, certificate issuers, validity dates, signatures and key details.
URL Verifier Pro parses the HTML head returned by each HTML response. It decodes common character encodings and HTML entities, collapses title whitespace and ignores metadata placed inside comments, scripts, styles, templates or the page body.
For fields that should contain one value, such as the title, description and social tags, the first usable value is retained. Multiple meta robots tags are combined. Length columns count Unicode characters rather than bytes.
A blank field means no usable value was extracted for that column. Before treating it as missing metadata, also check the scan status, content type and error columns because failed requests, non-HTML responses or a truncated HTML head can prevent a complete metadata result.
The checker reports what the live response returned. It does not rewrite metadata, calculate search-result pixel width or apply a universal pass/fail threshold.
